2026-2027 Annual Registration Reminder

Dear Rossville Families,

I am thrilled to welcome you back for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! Here at Rossville Consolidated School District, we are always looking for ways to use technology to simplify your life, reduce paperwork, and save you valuable time.

With that goal in mind, we are now using FinalForms for our annual student re-registration process.  This secure, online platform ensures that back-to-school paperwork is incredibly fast, straightforward, and completely digital.  You might have already heard of FinalForms, as it was the platform the RMHS Athletics department used for its athletics paperwork in the past.  

What You Need to Do

Completing your student's required annual forms takes just a few clicks. To get started, please visit our FinalForms portal:

• Returning Families: Simply log in to your existing FinalForms account. Your data from previous years is safely saved, meaning you only need to review your information, update anything that has changed (like phone numbers or medical updates), and sign off for the new year.
• New Families (or if you never created a FinalForms account): If you are new to the district, simply click to create a new FinalForms account and follow the prompts to register your student for the first time.  We also ask that you reach out to the main office to talk about the next steps.

The "All-in-One" Benefit (Including Athletics!)

We know how busy the transition into a new school year can be. One of the best features of FinalForms is its efficiency. If your student plans to participate in sports, you can complete all necessary athletic paperwork and compliance forms in the exact same spot while you are doing your standard re-registration. No duplicate data entry, no tracking down paper physical forms, and no jumping between different websites.

Need Help?

We want this process to be as seamless as possible for your family. If you run into any login issues, need assistance navigating the platform, or don't have access to a device or the internet to complete these forms, please reach out to the tech department. We are here to help!  We will be offering on-site registration for families that need internet access or assistance with FinalForms on July 22nd and 23rd.
